Co-founder and vet, Dr James Ramsden brings extensive media experience to the business allowing us to deliver the most effective communications in the vet industry. James’s experience includes 10 years with The Australian Women’s Weekly, 6 years with Good Morning Australia and regular appearances on Today, Weekend Sunrise and 3AW.

PET PACK was formed in 2001 with the following mission:
•    To help teach people about their pet’s health
•    To reinforce the role of the vet as the leading pet health care provider
•    To celebrate the happiness pets bring to our lives
•    To show how pets can help us look after the planet better, and to provide environmentally friendly, paper free communications.

We focus on providing email communications for clinics to communicate with their pet owners and building and operating websites for these clinics. Our aim is to deliver the best content possible using the most effective strategies and technology.

James talks to Dick Gelderman about the role of email and web in better client communications
