AVBA Conference Melbourne - 14-17 September 2011

AVBA 2010 Success:

James delivered a very successful commercial information session at the AVBA 2010 conference in Melbourne in September:

“It Pays To Keep in Touch” was the topic of the workshop.

With a room full of practice managers and veterinarians the workshop delivered vital information on online marketing strategies required to improve communication between clinics and their clients.  With technology changing on every front it can be extremely overwhelming.  James explained that by focu sing on key elements, clinics can reach their clients efficiently and effectively using online tools such as websites, newsletters, reminders and social networking links.

AVPMA 2010 Adelaide

James attended the AVPMA 2010 Conference in Adelaide in October.

James presented at the Cenvet stand during the lunch and tea breaks on Friday and Saturday.

"Worried about clients visiting other clinics and not spending with you?"

A recent survey shows that 64% of clients use 2 vets. In this presentation Dr James Ramsden will take you through how email reminders help to address this issue and bond clients to one clinic. They have a direct impact on compliance, pet health, client happiness and clinic profitability. Email reminders contribute to an increase in spend of $124.00 per client per year.
